At KayJay productions, we have over 20 years experience in facilitating live events and creating engaging video content and general multi media projects. What Kinds of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all modern methods of payment. Bank transfer (Eft), Credit/Debit card payments and Cheques (not as popular any more).

What areas do you work in?

We are based in the North west (Congleton) but we service all areas of the United Kingdom as well as any destination internationally. We have a very strong presence and team in London and surrounding areas. Get in touch and let us know what your requirements are.

I don’t have a very big budget, can you help me?

We do understand that not all clients have large budgets to work with and we are absolutely able to assist with smaller budgets. Our team will make sure that we give you the best service even if you have a tight budget. We can assist and guide you on the most appropriate tech on limited spend.

Should the event be virtual, in-person, or hybrid?

Virtual and hybrid events have become increasingly popular with the advent of “work from home” corporate culture and this is a great way to reach a broader audience for a fraction of the cost of an in person event. However, there are times that live in person events are preferable from a team building perspective. Contact us and our friendly experts will assess your needs and advise you on the best options for your event.

What Is Included In Your Fee?

We believe in taking a collaborative approach to each project, working closely with our clients to understand their vision and deliver bespoke solutions that fit within a specific budget range. We will make sure that the scope of the event requirements are communicated in full when we quote for any event.

What permits or insurance are required?

KayJay Productions is fully insured for any event or project we undertake. Our experienced team will also ensure that all Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are prepared for you so that you don’t need to worry about compliance.
